Impact Endeavors ("Impact Endeavors," "we," "us") keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you, schedule a call if you ask, and — with your consent — understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your information, and we don't run cross-site advertising trackers.
Information we collect
- What you send us. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company/context, and message you provide. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, chosen time, and any notes you add.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — to operate and secure the site.
- Usage analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics in the consent banner, we use PostHog to collect usage data — pages viewed, clicks, device and browser, approximate location from IP, and session activity (session replays, with form inputs masked) — to understand and improve the site. If you decline, none of this is collected.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, we don't require an account, and we don't use cross-site advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation.
- To schedule and hold a call you request.
- To operate, maintain, and protect the website.
We use your information only for the purpose you provided it. We do not sell or rent it.
Service providers
We rely on a few reputable providers to run the site. When you interact with these features, the relevant provider processes your data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Netlify — hosting and contact-form processing (stores form submissions).
- Cal.com — scheduling, if you choose to book a call.
- PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics (usage statistics and session replay), loaded only after you accept analytics.
- Google Fonts and unpkg — content-delivery networks that serve fonts and code libraries; as part of loading the page, your IP address may be visible to these networks.
Cookies & your consent
This site sets no cross-site advertising cookies. On your first visit you'll see a banner: if you accept, PostHog sets first-party analytics cookies to measure usage; if you decline, no analytics cookies or tracking are used. The scheduling widget may set functional cookies if you open it. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser — the banner will reappear.
Data retention
We keep contact and scheduling information for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business record-keeping, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To make a request, use our contact form.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
